Hi, I am Daniel Anhut, a Berlin based fine art photographer. In most of my works i aim to construct atmospheric allegories of loss and absence by capturing real, abandoned places and creating fictional, narrative moments that touch on the fundamental issue of transience. In my darkly monochrome images i capture abandoned and decaying rooms, now seemingly devoid of any function, and try to transform them into new stories, thus inviting you to use your own imagination and resonate with the stories held within each scene.
You are welcome to read my blog to follow my journey more closely. If you would like to support me in creating my art, you can buy a print or buy me a coffee. Any kind of support is deeply appreciated.
