A blast from the past. I still love this series so much. The memories of the shooting make it even more valuable to me. The shooting was one of my first shootings ever and the first in an abandoned place. Before this collaboration, I very rarely photographed people. It was so exciting to walk through the rooms together and create a story. It was also the very first shooting for the lovely human being in front of the camera, so we were both very inexperienced and insecure. But we had a lot of fun and just played with many ideas. The resulting series still makes me proud, because it exceeded all my expectations. Here is the series as i edited it back in 2014/2015. I still think the sepia tones are adding an interesting vibe to the images.
