Last November I met up with Christina in a cosy café, followed by a walk and we were lucky because it had snowed the days before. It was such a nice reunion after quite some time. We hadn’t planned a shooting and I didn’t even have my camera with me. But Christina spontaneously felt like taking a few photos and at least I had my smartphone with a decent camera with me. So not only did we have a nice chat and plenty of "exercise" in the fresh, clear winter air, but we were also able to capture some lovely memories of the afternoon. In moments like these, I realise how unimportant the technology with which you capture these moments usually is. The people and the moments themselves are so much more important, no matter which camera you have in your hands.
